Why garden networking should not be a secret

Philip_voiceI am delighted at the rate that new members are joining my garden network and I can see, within six months, it will be 'the' place for any interested parties to come and share their knowledge and experience, have some fun and of course - network.

I have added a note on the front page about my interpretation of how a network should be run and the most important point I feel I could have made is the one of trust.

I ask for very few profile questions but enough so that any member joining knows for sure that we are not bogus, pose no more a threat to your security than having your own website or you putting your contact information into a paper directory.

I could quite easily have bought bogus memberships from dubious sources and added pictures of models on mobile phones or sat at a computer looking pretty but I believe that we should grow organically with 'real' people and businesses.

My network is all about making the UK horticulture and landscaping scene a vibrant and creative place and allowing you to share your talents with everyone and hopefully benefit greatly.

Rest assured I will work hard to help you and the site achieve the best possible results.

Good luck and come on over and join us.

Phil
