I am going to have a bit of fun because it is the weekend but one lucky person is going to win a holiday for family or friends here in rural France.
I want you to study this portion of a picture which I have cropped from a picture on Landscape Juice Network.
You then need to go to the site, search through and correctly identify where is came from and leave a comment at the base of the post.
You can peruse the site quite freely but in order to qualify for the free weeks holiday you will need to register your details and leave a comment there.
The competition will run until 31st July 2008 after which I will pull out the winner from a hat.
The prize will be one week accommodation only for a party of up to four people in the stunning Pigeonnaire on our farm situated in the Lot et Garonne in South West France.
The farm is set in 20 acres of stunning unspoilt countryside which is teeming with wildlife and wild flowers. You can expect to see an assortment of wild Orchid as well as the possibility of young deer, the Hopoe or even baby Boar (but you have to be especially lucky there).
On top of your prize which will be available for the first or second week of June 2009 you can expect a hearty French flavoured meal on arrival before spending the week as you wish.
You can lounge around the pool if the weather is hot or elect to amble around one of the exceptional Bastide towns in the locality, including our local Monflanquin, Villereal, Catillones or Monpazier (to list just a few).
If you win, you will be have to make your won travel and holiday insurance arrangements (although we are covered by insurance for our business). The holiday will not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other week unless we are able to fill the week that you win. Any upgrade to a later month (if the original week is resold, will be subject to an upgrade surcharge equivalent to the difference in price of the respective weeks).
So, what are you waiting for, get over to the Landscape Juice Network, register your details and leave a comment on the respective post (you must register with your real name and address (although the address will not be visible to anyone else) so that we are able to contact the winner after the result is known.
The answer is not too deeply hidden and there may be some activity that will give you a clue where to look:-0)) - Good luck!
