"Together with a number of my colleagues in BALI, I was closely involved as a volunteer with the construction of the Meadow Garden at Chestnut Tree House in Arundel and heard so many inspiring stories of how beneficial a garden at a children’s hospice can be.
"So I want to do as much as I can to raise funds that allow gardens to be built at other hospices around the country. I hope everyone from the landscape industry will get behind me and sponsor me”
Richard will start off from East Anglia Children’s Hospice in Milton on Tuesday 21st July, and then cycle to Keech Cottage in Luton and then on Wed 22nd July onto Helen & Douglas House Hospice in Oxford.
