It's no mean feat, but on the 8th August, West Sussex landscape machinery dealer Tracmaster will be celebrating twenty five years in business.
The Burgess Hill company started life in 1984 (same years as me) and is now well known across the horticulture industry serving such names as the National Trust, the RSPB, many local authorities, a countrywide landscaper user base, hire companies such as HSS, GreenThumb lawn company and South East Water.
It says something of a company if they have regular turnover of staff but at Tracmaster, who employ eighteen local people, over half of them have worked for the company for more than twelve years and several for over twenty years.
Tracmaster are sole distributors of ground care machines BCS and CAMON.
To celebrate their 25 year milestone, the company has launched a competition where they are giving away one of their best selling products, the Camon C8 rotovator, worth over £2,000.
Anyone can enter via their website - www.tracmaster.co.uk - the closing date is 31st August.
Tracmaster will be exhibiting at the Institute of Groundsmanship Saltex show 8th-10th September.
What Tracmaster says about the CAMON C8 rotovator
CAMON C8 has built a reputation as a tough and durable machine that will perform in even the most demanding of conditions. Ideal for allotments and gardens it is also capable of providing a great finish in previously uncultivated ground.
It is simple to operate and with the minimum amount of fuss you will be able to significantly reduce the effort and time required for every job.
