Malvern is one of horticulture's favourite venues nestling under the rolling Malvern hills and is one of only a few that show, Spring and Autumn.
Chris Beardshaw launched his mentoring scolarship to nuture up-and-coming garden designers. The twelve month vocational course is sponsored by Bradstone and has been running since 2007.
Paul Hervey-Brookes has been working alongside Beardshaw to create the Bradstone Equinox Garden. Paul's garden explores the equinox's relationship with Autumn.
The garden uses warm natural colours and is fully surrounded by a circular Countrystone wall. Milldale and Old Town paving have been used to create circular paths which punctuate the planting.
Chris Beardshaw, said: “The Malvern Autumn Show celebrates everything we love about nature at its finest and we’re thrilled to reveal Paul’s garden, which highlights the beauty of the season using a range of Bradstone products.
"This is Paul’s first major challenge of the scholarship and really showcases his passion for the industry, hard work and creativity. By the end of his year we will have provided Paul with a sound platform of experience and knowledge which will be invaluable in helping him to embark on a career in garden design.”
Bradstone will be exhibiting in the Good Life Pavilion.

Paul, the garden was fantastic and your planting seems to flow so naturally. A really well done and thought through garden. Am looking forward to seeing what you bring to Chelsea in 2010!
