Paul Forster - or Pro Gard as he is better known on the network - is a much liked and respected member of the Landscape Juice network.
He's a grounds maintenance, tree and pest control practitioner based in Gwent, South Wales, having started out on his own in 2003.
Paul's known and admired for his no-nonsense approach and seemingly endless pit of knowledge and experience and willingness to help other network members.
When not working, Paul will often be found hill walking in the Welsh lowlands or up on the Brecon Beacons.
....and he keeps a very tidy van too.
