Landscape juice network members will well understand the power of having a forum to ask questions and participate in discussions.

Our customer service is completely online (no call centres) and our members help out other members -typically giffgaff members will get an answer to a query within 3minutes.

I'm glad you're keeping an eye on us, we like to think we're being a little disruptive - championing listening to members (members can create ideas that get implemented etc) and providing a better customer service on an open and honest way.

More businesses are looking at our business model to see how they can use social media tools etc to improve their customer service and cost structure.

Online and community involvement is certainly the way forward.
