Tesco have already started implenting there stragies through out Dobbies starting with head office with major job losses and re-deployment.
From January 2013 all full-time contracts 37.5 hrs will be abolished and staff made to accept a 30 hr contract or redandancy ! but be available to flex up when required by the business, without the equivalent holiday pay....suggested that staff will have their salary made back up with working tax credits ! Tesco dont miss a trick ....Promises of lots of jobs when new Garden centres are built they start with 120 then reduced staff to skeleton after a year or so and treat them with little regard ...

I would like to find out more about this. Would you be prepared to contact me (in confidence) and give me more information? It's a story that needs to be investigated. Hope to hear from you. Thanks, John Walker.
